Today is Day +15: it's been a long time since I've last posted. I had some complications from the stem cell transplant that left me not entirely myself, and at the same also left me as sick as I've been. It's very disconcerting to be half-aware of so much going on, and I'm much happier to be back on this side of reason. And of health. I will explain more as memory returns.

Right now I have moments of reasonable energy, with little doe legs that unreliably help me navigate the hospital corridors with my rollator. I also have moments of falling into the World's Greatest Nap with little forewarning. It's different everyday, but I understand all this is normal and part of the healing progress. My blood counts continue to improve every day. It's still early.

Lastly, my head is still scattered so I ask for grace when it comes to spelling and grammatical errors for the next while.
